Corporate Sponsorship Program

Sponsorship Package #1 - $5,000 Annual

This package is designed for sponsors who want to reach the general public, as well as, Erie County Medical Society members
and board members. This package provides the sponsor with exhibit space and full sponsorship of the Annual ECMS Health Expo.

  Exhibit space and Sponsorship of the ECMS Annual Health Expo
  • Meet with ECMS president (scheduled at a time convenient to both parties)
  • ½ page newsletter ad in all 4 editions (can upgrade to full-page ad for $50 or native ad for $125)
  • Three social media posts per year on ECMS facebook page
  • One dedicated email to ECMS membership per year (content must be provided to ECMS staff for distribution)
  • Option to request quarterly (up to 4) analytics reports of your newsletter ad, social posts and website presence

Sponsorship Package #2 - $3,000 Annual

This package is designed for sponsors who want to more closely reach Erie County Medical Society members and board members.
This package provides the sponsor with exhibit space at ECMS members only events such as the Annual Meeting.

All sponsorships and content must be approved by the Board of Directors for the Erie County Medical Society. ECMS has the right to decline any content or images provided for distribution on any promotional channel. If content or necessary materials are not provided to ECMS within the time frame of your sponsorship, you may not receive full corporate sponsor benefits. ECMS Corporate Sponsorships and advertising opportunities are available to everyone, and no requests for exclusivity will be honored.
